Why Has My Withdrawal Not Been Credited?
Transfers consist of three stages:
- DeeBit disburses the funds
- Block confirmation
- Recipient’s account is credited
Typically, a TXID is generated within 30-60 minutes, indicating that DeeBit has processed your withdrawal and transferred your funds onto the blockchain. Depending on the characteristics of each blockchain, every transfer on the chain requires a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the recipient's platform or wallet. Due to unpredictable network congestion caused by high transfer volumes, the processing time may be affected. You can check the transfer status on the blockchain using the transaction ID (TxID).
- If the blockchain shows that the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait patiently until the confirmation process is complete.
- If the blockchain shows that the transaction is confirmed, it means DeeBit has completed the transfer and can no longer provide further assistance. If you still do not receive your funds, please contact your receiving platform or wallet immediately.
Ensure that your receiving platform or wallet supports the token and network used for your withdrawal. If you are uncertain, please verify with the receiving platform or wallet before initiating the withdrawal, otherwise your assets may be lost and unrecoverable.
How to Check the Transaction Status on Blockchain:
1.Log in to your DeeBit account and go to [Assets] → [Spot].
2.Click the icon at the top-right corner of your spot account to access the funds record page.
3.In the "Withdrawal" section, you can view your withdrawal records.
4.Click on a record to pop up a detailed information box.Copy the trade ID to the corresponding block browser for query.
