- The delivery party receives the order → Starts delivery
- The delivery party uploads the delivery content
- Payment method selection:
- Confirm receipt → Order completed
- Refuse to accept the goods → Enter the appeal process
Stage 2: Initiate an appeal (triggered by the payer)
- The payer clicks "Initiate an appeal"
- Fill in the reason for the appeal
- Upload evidence (a necessary step)
Phase 3: Platform arbitration acceptance
- After the platform receives the appeal, it will notify the delivery party
- The deliverer needs to submit the delivery receipt and explanation
Phase 4: Evidence Review
The platform will retrieve information from the following sources:
- Order records
- Chat records

- The evidence submitted by both parties
- System behavior log
The platform will comprehensively evaluate the facts and make a ruling.
Phase 5: Arbitration Award
There are several types of arbitration results:
| Arbitration result type | Transaction amount flow |
| Delivery party's responsibility | The supplier is resending the goods |
| Paying the party's responsibility | Pay the transaction amount and deposit to the delivery party |
| Both parties agreed to cancel the order | The deposit will be refunded to both parties |
| Both parties negotiate to continue the order | Cancel the appeal status |
| Both parties are responsible | Proportional partial refund |
The arbitration award is final and cannot be appealed.
Step 6: Order Completion
The system will automatically update the order status based on the arbitration results, and release or refund the funds to the corresponding nodes after completing the processing.

Q3: Can I withdraw from the arbitration?
Both parties can agree to cancel it, and then the system will resume the normal delivery process.
Q4: Does arbitration require any fees?
The arbitration fees generated may be deducted from the escrow funds, subject to the platform announcements.
