How can I check my Escrow order?
Users can check the status of their Escrow orders and transactions at any time.
The path is as follows:
Web interface:
[Home] → [Escrow] → [All Orders]
App interface:
[Home] → [Escrow] → [All Orders]
The information that users can view includes:
- Order number
- Paying party / Delivery party information (anonymously hide sensitive information)
- Order status
- Amount and cryptocurrency type
- Countdown to the transaction
- Current progress (In progress / Completed / In arbitration / Closed)
- Has the other party already delivered it?
- Should we enter the dispute process?
How to upload evidence (for the payer/deliverer)?
1. The payer needs to upload:
- Payment receipt (TX screenshot on the blockchain / system record)
- Conversation records (screenshots) with the delivery party
- Evidence that the other party has not fulfilled their contractual obligations
- Specify the dispute
2. The delivery party needs to upload:
- Screenshots of the delivery content / Files
- Delivery chain voucher
- Evidence that the other party did not operate as agreed
- Contract / Delivery Standards (if any)
File format support: JPG / PNG / PDF / ZIP / TXT / Video (≤ 20MB)
How to check the arbitration status?
You can see the arbitration progress bar on the order details page, which includes:
| Stage | Description |
| 1. The dispute has been created | The user has submitted a dispute application |
| 2. Wait for both parties to upload evidence | The platform will remind both parties to submit materials |
| 3. In the initial review of the platform | The platform confirms whether the evidence is complete |
| 4. The arbitration team is reviewing it | The arbitration panel officially began the judgment |
| 5. Wait for the results to be announced | Arbitration is about to be completed |
| 6. The arbitration has ended | The platform adjudicates and executes financial operations |
The system will send messages to both parties:
- Reminder to supplement evidence
- Arbitration status update
- The final arbitration result
